Ubeeo: Flexibility and reliability in recruitment software
In late December 2023, we were informed by Ubeeo that they had fully updated both the software and the API. This update has significantly enhanced the system’s functionality, making it simpler to push job listings to various platforms and integrations. Ubeeo is one of the few ATS systems capable of creating real-time links by pushing jobs directly to our API.
Multilingual integration
A standout feature of Ubeeo’s recent update is the enhanced support for multilingual recruitment. The new documentation from Ubeeo now makes it possible to tailor the Ubeeo module within the Serena platform, ensuring it works seamlessly with multilingual content.
Within Serena, users can now easily set up multiple website insights, selecting the appropriate language package for each site. This means you can effortlessly manage job listings in different languages through a single platform—a huge advantage for businesses operating internationally. Since Ubeeo now sends the language(s) with each job post, listings are automatically saved and linked to the correct website insight for that language.
Backwards compatibility
As you’d expect from us, the Ubeeo module has been designed with full backwards compatibility. This ensures that the previous setup continues to function exactly as it did, so you won’t lose any data or functionality when upgrading to the new version of Ubeeo.
