Actually, it's quite simple — we're online recruitment specialists, and we help our clients with two things: reach and conversion. That's been our expertise since 2009.
Today, a team of 40 dedicated specialists works across our offices in Nederweert and Amsterdam, supporting employers, staffing agencies and recruitment organisations of every size — from national charities to specialist technical businesses. Every year, our platforms welcome millions of visitors and help guide hundreds of thousands of candidates towards their next role.
Our roots lie in the south — out in the countryside. That's also where our easy-going nature comes from. In Amsterdam, they'd call it "gezellig" (cosy). We keep ploughing on until your careers, recruitment or vacancy site delivers the conversion you're after. Finding the perfect candidate can sometimes feel like looking for a needle in a haystack.
